Together with organizations from Spain and Poland, agado aims to leverage the value of traditional gastronomic heritage in Spain, Poland, and Germany as a means of social inclusion, intergenerational learning, and education for sustainable development. It involves both people with learning difficulties and young people, enabling them to participate in accessible culinary experiences.
The objectives of TASTE are:
As part of the project, an inclusive and accessible cookbook with traditional recipes is being developed, which will be published in four languages (English, Spanish, Polish, and German) and written in easy-to-read language.
In addition, audiovisual content on gastronomy and culture is being created and will be distributed via digital platforms and social media.
At the heart of the TASTE project are workshops in the partner countries on the topics of cooking, new technologies, especially radio, and sustainable development. These workshops promote experiential learning among young people and people with learning difficulties.
In addition, the project partners are further expanding existing cooperation networks in order to strengthen their collaboration at the European level in the long term.
